Technique Work Focused on Coverage Principles & Route RunningWHY: If you want to boost confidence, improve technique, improve understanding, prepare to compete for more playing time, and play to your full potential then this training is vital for your goals.
WHAT: This is a training program focused on building a foundational skill set that gives players an advantage come the fall. It is important for players to both execute technique at a high level and for players to understand which technique to execute in any given situation. In this program, players will gain a better understanding of how to perform their technique, when to perform their technique, and what specific competitive advantage that choice has given them.
HOW: Within each session, players will be taught fundamentals key across offensive and defensive skill positions. Each fundamental will be regressed or advanced based upon a player’s age and ability. Offensively these fundamentals include stance & start, release, stem, break point, catch, blocking, and ball carrying. Defensively these fundamentals include C.O.D., phase, block destruction, tackling, phase, man coverage principles, & zone coverage principles.

Improve Bat Speed, Bat Path, Consistency, and Eye Hand while building a strong mental approach to the game. Players will be taught baseball specific strength and movement drills as well as foundational hitting mechanic drills.

Guided Shooting + Skill SessionsWhy: Improve your shooting to open the rest of your offensive game, create a package of moves that fit you, close games effectively with free throws, space the floor w/ 3pt shooting, play to your full potential, and earn more playing time.
How: Learn proper shooting fundamentals - stance, body position, footwork, hand placement, follow through, vision, and mindset - with over 400 shots per session. Build a package of offensive moves based on the triple threat position as you enhance your finishing, ball handling, & high post/wing positioning.
